Weekend Getaway to Paradise

Ipoh is such a boring place FOR ME

I was born in Ipoh since 1989

meaning to say that i've been trapped in Ipoh for 21 years

till TODAY i only realise that Ipoh is not as bad as i thought

there's still alot of places which seems to be 'have been told'

but never 'been to'

with reference to my sis's request

we paid our 1st visits to 'GUAN YIN DONG'

located opposite 'Hill City Hotel'

the view is superb

everything goes colourful

the tree is the 'legendary' wishing tree :)

you can even give ur loved one a drive

Japanese style wishing steps

there are 15 stones

you are required to hold a coin in ur hand and close up ur eyes all way long

repeat ur wishes once u step on the next stone 

till the end

turn ur body and throw out the coin that you are holding

that sounds easy

but while i was closing my eyes and tried to reach the next stone

i almost dropped into the wet area

ended up i just walked in my own way

with my eyes opened

another wishing thing

hang up the dolly after u written down ur wishes

some says drink the water to enhance ur luck in either studies, career or health

i didn't cause...hygiene's prob XD

so called 'diet stairs'

written there if u manage to walk till the top

you'll become skinnier

believe it or not? XD

the corner that looks grand

but i don't understand what is it's function

... ...

There's still a lot of tiny corners which brings surprises

it's designs, decorations, functions.......

and it is a great place for COUPLEs

but try to make it on cloudy days

cause we went there on SUNNY day

thought of getting free lighting
